Volunteer tutors are the heart of the Dominican Literacy Center. After attending an Orientation or the Tutor Training Workshop, tutors are matched with an adult learner whose interests and schedules are compatible. New Tutor Orientation is required for all new tutors before they are matched with a student. Tutor orientations will be held every 4th Tuesday of the month, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
